① Personal information is collected when users consent to the collection of personal information and directly enter such information during the membership registration and service use process.
② Users' personal information may be collected through web pages, email, fax, telephone, etc. during consultations via the customer center.
③ Personal information may be collected in writing at offline events, seminars, and similar occasions.
④ Personal information may be provided by external companies or organizations affiliated with The Lounge. In such cases, the affiliated partner provides the information to The Lounge only after obtaining the user's consent for the provision of personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ Generated information such as device information may be automatically generated and collected during the use of PC web, mobile web, and app services.

1) Credit Card : Registering an affiliated credit card through our partnership enables you to access services for free through the membership benefits offered by the card.
2) Voucher : User or member can use the service by registering purchased vouchers or those received as gifts from third parties.
1) Participation in events is subject to Member consent to the collection of personal information, and personal information protection laws apply to the collected data.
2) Same Event and Campaign participation is limited to one per Member. Multiple participation may result in disqualification from Event and/or Campaign.

9) Distributing information that is insulting, defamatory, vulgar or obscene that violates public order and morals
